Founders Plaza is a privately owned and operated facility, aimed at making a difference.  We are pleased to accept residents under Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay as well as most private Insurances. 

Choosing a Care Facility is not a 'yellow page'decision.  Offering many innovative programs, Founders Plaza offers an environment less like the old 'nursing home institutional setting'.  Residents can wake at their own schedule and are offered 24-hour restaurant style dining as well as extended dinner hours in the evening to give residents and their families an opportunity to dine together.  Also offered is a day at the "Spa" where each resident is pampered by staff in a bubbled whirlpool tub.
